The Salt Spring Island Conservancy is looking for volunteers  for their Canada 150 Art and Nature Fest at Blackburn Lake Nature Reserve.The Art & Nature Fest connects people with place. There will be performances, workshops, kids’ area and nature walkabouts.

Number of volunteers required:

There are a variety of positions available:
Assisting performers with their set-up
Welcoming the public to the event
Managing the zero waste area
Kids’ area helper

Skills and experience required:
Good with the public
Directing parking (if you choose that)
Able to walk on uneven ground

Training provided:
Review of event including site and activities
Review of individual tasks

Time and Date:
July 1 (Saturday) & 2 (Sunday):10-1 pm or 1-4.

Aug 7 (Monday): 3-6 pm or 6-9 pm
